CARNIVAL INFORMATION

Sat. April 29th, 3:30 – 6:30 pm

Wristbands are required for the following following carnival activities. Wristbands are $15 each during the pre-sale and include unlimited access to:

• Master Sports X-treme Dodgeball (a new addition to the event!)

• Master Sports Pedal Carts

• 85′ obstacle course

• Inflatable Slide

• Hair braiding and “Rocker” styling from Bambinos

All pre-ordered wristbands will be available for pick up at the carnival. Wristbands will be $18 at the door

THE LAST DAY TO PRE-ORDER WRISTBANDS ONLINE IS FRIDAY, APRIL 28TH. 

Food trucks from Super QNana’s Heavenly Dogs and Kona Ice of PB will also be on-site, with a % of sales coming back to Rolling Hills. PLUS, the Rolling Hills Elementary School Chorus will be performing!

ONLINE PRE-BIDDING ENDS AT 6 AM ON THURSDAY, APRIL 27TH.

Silent & Live Auctions in Rolling Hills MPR

Sat. April 29th, 3:30 – 6:30 pm 

 

BIDDER REGISTRATION: Bidder Registration & Silent Auction Bidding Begins at 3:30 p.m. IMPORTANT: ALL bidders are required to check in with Foundation volunteers, even if you have already registered online with Bidding Owl. 

SILENT AUCTIONS: Silent Auctions will start at 3:30 and will end with three staged closings at 5:20, 5:35 and 5:50. Class art projects and teacher experience auctions will be part of the 5:50 closing. 

LIVE AUCTION: The Live Auction will begin at 5:50 p.m. 

CHECK-OUT: Check-out begins shortly after the auction ends, at approximately 6:30. While auction purchases may be made by check, cash, or credit card, check is the preferred method as it is the quickest at checkout!

All winners are expected to be in attendance at the auction during check-out. If you are unable to stay for check-out, please make arrangements with a friend to check out for you.

As the ONLY parent organization at Rolling Hills, the Foundation is responsible for funding Art, Music, Physical Education, Science and Technology programs at our school as well as other education opportunities such as field trips, assemblies and the Literacy Garden. None of these programs are funded by the state or our local school district, so these programs would not be offered without funds raised by the Foundation. Your generous support of our annual auction helps us keep these programs in place at Rolling Hills.

Thank you to everyone who has helped gather donations and put together items for our 2017 auction. Thank you to our teachers and staff for experience donations. Thanks to our room parents for coordinating class art projects and classroom baskets. We have some amazing items available at our auction and we know with your help, we can reach our fundraising goal for the year.
