CARNIVAL INFORMATION

Sat. May 14th, 3:30 – 6:30 pm

• Food vendors will be on hand from Duff’s DoggzCalifornia Pizza KitchenKona Ice and Cold Stone

• Sports, games, bouncy slide & fun for the children will be available on the playground

• Music by DJ Roger

• Master Sports

• 85′ Obstacle Course

• Pedal Carts

• Laser Tag

• Younger children will have safe access to all activities

• Bambino’s Salon for Kids

• Hair Styling & Braiding

PLEASE NOTE: Wristbands are required for Master Sports & Bambino’s and give students unlimited access to those activities. Wristbands are available for purchase via PayPal or if you prefer to pay by check, download and print this order form and return with payment to the Foundation box in the office.

The last day to pre-order wristbands is May 13th.

All pre-ordered wristbands will be available for pick up at the carnival. Wristbands will be also be available for sale at the carnival via cash or check for $17 per student.

AUCTION INFORMATION

Thurs. May 12th, 2:15 – 3:00 pm: Teacher Experience Raffle Presale

Teacher Experiences are NOT part of the Silent Auction this year. Some teachers are offering a special day out with the teacher that will be won via a raffle, other teachers are hosting a group party that students can pay to attend. Please visit our Teacher & Staff Experience page to find out what type of event your child’s teacher is hosting.

Raffle tickets for the day out experiences will be available for purchase for $5 each on 5/12 during the ASB Ice Cream Sale. Spots for Teacher Hosted Parties will be available for sale at the auction on 5/14 on a first-come, first-serve basis. Click here for additional information.

5:20 pm:

• Silent Auction Group 1 Closes.
Items available in this auction group include marquee birthday announcements, reserved front row seating for the Reading Olympics, reserved front row seating for the Kindergarten performance & more.

5:35 pm:

• Silent Auction Group 2 Closes.
Items available in this group include classroom baskets, reserved front row seating for 5th Grade promotion, reserved parking spots & more.

5:50 pm:

• Teacher & Staff Experience Raffle Ticket Sales & Teacher Hosted Party Sales End

• Class Artwork Silent Auction Closes

• Disneyland Raffle Ticket Sales End

6:00 pm:

• Teacher Experience Raffle Winners Announced

• Disneyland Raffle Winners Announced

6:05 pm:

• Live Auction Begins.
Items available in the live auction include Padres Tickets, Reserved Parking at Rolling Hills for the 2016 – 2017 school year, Del Mar Racing Clubhouse Season Passes and 2 Complete Living Trust Packages.

6:30 pm:

• Live Auction Ends

• Check-out begins shortly after the auction ends, at approximately 6:30. While auction purchases may be made by check, cash, or credit card, check is the preferred method as it is the quickest at checkout!

As the ONLY parent organization at Rolling Hills, the Foundation is responsible for funding Art, Music, Physical Education, Science and Technology programs at our school as well as other education opportunities such as field trips, assemblies and the Literacy Garden. None of these programs are funded by the state or our local school district, so these programs would not be offered without funds raised by the Foundation. Your generous support of our annual auction helps us keep these programs in place at Rolling Hills.

Thank you to everyone who has helped gather donations and put together items for our 2016 auction. We have some amazing items available in our raffles, silent auction & live auction and we know with your help, we can reach our fundraising goal for the year.
